All photos of finished products created by Pennywise are our original work. Copyright ownership of finished product photos belongs to Pennywise. We reserve the right to post photos of completed orders for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes.

We will not post photos that clearly display personal details such as full names, ID numbers, addresses, or other private information without the client's explicit written consent.

Logos, images, or designs provided by clients for customization remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Pennywise uses these solely for production purposes.

Payment provider logos (GCash, Maya, PalawanPay, GoTyme Bank, MariBank, Metrobank) displayed on this website are trademarks of their respective companies, used for payment identification only. Pennywise is not affiliated with any payment provider.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only when required by Philippine law or with your explicit consent.

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal information. Invoices are generated privately by Pennywise using a password-protected tool and are shared only with you; order and invoice records are kept privately by Pennywise and are not stored on or accessible from this public website. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
