Terms & Conditions

All custom orders will be produced based on the written specifications, designs, or briefs agreed upon by both parties prior to production.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, mockups, or drafts before production begins. Once approval is given, Pennywise is not responsible for errors in the final product that match the approved proof.

Each custom project includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions at no additional charge.

Any structural changes, additions, or revisions requested beyond the included rounds — or after production has commenced — will incur additional fees.

All projects require payment to secure a spot in the production lineup. This is especially required for rush orders. No production slot is reserved without payment.

Full payment of the total project cost is required upfront, before any design or production work begins, unless a deposit or staggered payment schedule has been expressly agreed with Pennywise in writing prior to the order.

Where a partial-payment arrangement has been agreed in advance, a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of the total is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion and prior to shipment, delivery, or transfer of ownership of the final products.

Pennywise issues an official invoice for every order. Pay via GCash, Maya, PalawanPay, GoTyme Bank, MariBank, or Metrobank using the QR codes shown on your invoice or on the Payment page, then send your proof of payment on WhatsApp together with your invoice number.

Outstanding balances not paid by the agreed delivery date will be charged a late fee of 1% per day until the balance is settled.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are strictly non-refundable once production or design work has started.

If you cancel before production begins, Pennywise will retain an amount equal to at least the non-refundable 50% deposit (or the full agreed deposit) to cover time and materials already invested. Any remaining balance already paid may be refunded at Pennywise's discretion.

Pennywise retains all intellectual property rights until final payment is received in full.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to you. Pennywise retains the right to display finished work in its portfolio and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You warrant that any text, images, logos, or assets you provide do not infringe upon third-party copyrights or trademarks.
